Is to nourish and nurture you in many amazing ways while you relax and retreat under the canopy of trees.  We will be lifting the energy of the retreat with gentle early morning breath and stretch yoga practices, sharing mindful and soothing meditations and relaxation techniques. You will experience both cacao and herbal tea ceremonies  that will bring you deep into the enchanting bliss and stillness of nature and your own being. You will learn a little about our wild and local herbs with an introduction to herbal medicine.  Throughout the weekend you will be nourished with delicious healthy organic vegetarian food and herbal teas.


“Sli na Bande” retreat centre has been handpicked to offer a serene destination for those looking to reflect, relax and rejuvenate.  We offer tranquil days of rediscovery and nature connection nestled in the south east of the Irish countryside.  The simple act of just resting back at our peaceful venue in itself will help you relax and unwind from the hectic lifestyles we are today accustomed to.  However, the combination of gentle yoga movements, breathing techniques, cacao ceremony’s, restful meditation and the healing sound of the forest will also help reset those energy levels.


Spending time in nature has a deeply healing effect on the body, mind and spirit and our retreats offers this in abundance. Whether you hanker for windswept mountain peaks, long distance nature hikes or coastal rambles, bathing/walking/waking in Wicklow on the ancient east coast is certain to capture your spirit.


You can book for private/Corporate Groups for a time that best suits your business or you can join as an individual on one of our pre-scheduled events though-out the year. Spaces are limited so book early.

**Guests can choose to attend as much or as little of the program as they wish.  Sessions will be suitable for both complete beginners and the regular practitioners.
