I first fell in love with the vibration and sound of the gong back in 2011 during my Kundalini yoga teacher training course. The very first session I experienced a magical connection, a healing and shift in my being. At the time I was undergoing treatment for breast cancer and I believe both the Kundalini yoga and Gong meditation helped me immensely during this very tough period in my life. Ever since that very first experience, I have adored the Gong and this year I finally got to have one of my own and share its magical energy with all who come to my studio.

During a healing session with Aisling, Tibetan singing bowls are placed on and around your fully clothed body. I will start the therapy by gently playing the bowls at specific energy points though your body. The vibrations created send healing throughout your body removing blocks as we begin to activate healing on a cellular level. The bowls create a deeply soothing, almost hypnotic state of relaxation. After we have moved through the bodies chakra and auric fields, I will introduce the powerful sound of the Gongs.
