Arc Healing is my dream come true. A vision to offer affordable holistic and complimentary treatments, classes and workshops so that everyone can experience them. I want the joy, pleasure and wellbeing that I get from my practices to be available to everyone.
In 2009 I launched Arc Healing and within 2 years, I held my first Residential Retreat. Business was good and I was loving this wonderful new chapter in my life until I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011. This devastating news stopped me in my tracks and had the potential to put an end to my dream but it didn’t. It made me more determined to make my business a success. Through Arc Healing, I already had the tools to take this challenge on and come out stronger which I did. From then on, I wanted to share my knowledge of how a healthy lifestyle and a positive attitude with a daily dose of gratitude, can get you through even the most difficult situations. After a full recovery and with several successful retreats under my belt I went on to open the doors to my Holistic Training & Wellness Centre where I offer access to an array of holistic services, yoga & mindfulness, Forest bathing and nature resonance classes along with tailor made corporate wellness packages.
Worldwide Eco Tourism
One of the most wonderful aspects of my business is that I’ve managed to travel the world holding space for people on retreat in France, Turkey, Portugal and India. In 2018 I expanded our offerings to include an amazing adventure Eco Village retreat to Northern Indian. In the winter of 2019/20 I took some time out with my family and explored possible retreat venues in Mexico, Japan, Vietnam and Cambodia. However, as much as I love to travel, I can honestly say there is nothing that makes my heart sing more than being home on retreat here in BEAUTIFUL Ireland, connecting guests to their inner wisdom and natural cycles whilst exploring our ancient roots and magical traditions. It is such a gift.
2020 and Beyond
Like every business, 2020 required me to rethink how I offer my services and with the closure of my studio came the opportunity to start a new journey to becoming a clinical herbalist. The pandemic situation has given me an opportunity to refocus and offer new ways of sharing information on various online platforms and outdoors, including the addition of one of my favourite therapies Forest Bathing and Nature Resonance. I am really looking forward to sharing these courses so that people can tap into the power and beauty of holistic, complementary and nature therapies and practices.
